The Resident Evil 4 Remake PS4, PS5 preload is now available ahead of the game’s launch this Friday, weighing in at 30.938GB and 58.038GB, respectively.
The version number for both versions of the game indicate that the include day one patches, and Capcom previously revealed that it aims to provide a fix for Resident Evil 4 Remake’s rain effects.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is a full overhaul of the original 2005 action-horror classic directed by Shinji Mikami. The game reunites players with Leon S. Kennedy, one of the protagonists of Resident Evil 2, who has undergone intense training courtesy of the US government following Umbrella’s downfall.
Kennedy is now tasked with travelling to a remote Spanish community to rescue the Ashley Graham, the president’s daughter, who has been kidnapped by a mysterious organisation. Things quickly turn south, as he finds the village populated by blood-thirsty locals.
