Diablo 4 could be launching in April 2023, according to sources at both Windows Central and the team at the XboxEra podcast.
Blizzard is reportedly planning a significant marketing campaign for Diablo IV, which will kick off at The Game Awards 2022 with the announcement of the game’s April 2022 launch window. Preorders for the game are believed to be going live during the show, and will include multiple special editions including a Collector’s Edition with various physical goodies.
Furthermore, it is believed that one of the preorder bonuses for Diablo IV will grant access to the game’s Open Beta in February 2023.

Beyond that, sources at Windows Central claim that Blizzard will be implementing a season-based live service for Diablo IV, which will feature microtransactions. Season One is reportedly due to kick off during Q3 2023.
Blizzard hasn’t announced anything regarding the Diablo IV release date other than it’s due out in 2023. The game has been confirmed to launch with full Cross-Play and Cross-Progression across all formats.
