Blizzard has unleashed a new Diablo IV trailer to whet your appetite ahead of the game’s Open Beta for PS4 & PS5, which is available for those who pre-purchase the game.
Hatred has returned, and the battle against her darkness has been immortalized in a gothic mural of epic proportions on the ceiling of Chapelle de Jesuites in Cambrai, France. Welcome to the Cathedral of Diablo. Play the Open Beta for a chance to have your own likeness added to the painting!
The Diablo IV Open Beta will launch for preorder early access on March 17, 2023 and general release begins on March 24.
Diablo IV takes place in the series’ world of Sanctuary, and the game picks up followed the events of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. Players will be able to travel through five regions — Scosglen, Fractured Peaks, Dry Steppes, Hawezar and Kehjistan — and Diablo IV also includes procedurally generated dungeons, with no load time between regions and dungeons.
Blizzard will launch Diablo IV for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on June 6, 2023.
