The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum was featured during its publisher Nacon’s own Nacon Connect event, with a new gameplay trailer and a more defined release window of September 2023.
Previously we know it would be releasing sometime in the fall, though now we know that’ll be sometime specifically in September, though Daedalic Entertainment still doesn’t seem to feel comfortable enough to call a date in September.
The new gameplay showcased during the event shows off more of the game’s story, while also teasing some of the characters from The Lord Of The Rings that you’ll encounter through the story, namely Gandalf.
You can check out the new gameplay trailer for The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum for yourself, here.
The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum to many at its first announcement seemed like an interesting concept, but past gameplay previews and trailers haven’t really done much to enthrall fans of Tolkein’s world.
It’ll be interesting to see how fans respond when it finally does get released, sometime this coming September.
