Capcom is planning a major DLC release for Resident Evil 4 Remake in the shape of Separate Ways, the mini-campaign starring Ada Wong.
That’s according to trusted insider Dusk Golem, who took to ResetEra to reveal that not only is Separate Ways in the pipeline, but it’ll be more fleshed out this time around. The Mercenaries is also planned as a free update, although Capcom previously announced this.
Separate Ways was originally released for the PS2 version of Resident Evil 4 in October 2005, and was included in all subsequent ports of the game. The campaign sees players following Ada’s journey through the village and surrounding areas, running concurrently to Leon’s mission. It also featured appearances by series villain Albert Wesker.
Yup, Separate Ways is down the line DLC. It’ll be longer and more fleshed out than the original Separate Ways.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is scheduled for release on March 24, 2023 for PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
